Night and Day

I took the photos of the sunrise yesterday morning, and I took the photo of the moon about an hour ago. I was glad I was able to capture the sun just as it poked its head over the horizon. It is moving more to the East now, so it won’t be long until I can’t grab any more of them.

    • Thanks Jo. I posted a photo on the Sunday Photo Fiction the other day which was a bridge that I took a shot of three years ago. I saw a photo of it from last week, and it is completely different, the water is much higher. Then there was a weir, and I saw a photo from 2 years ago, and now there are three areas of water coming over instead of one. And finally, last month I saw ducks struggling to get onto the bank of the river. Yesterday, they were swimming onto it. I walked over a bridge today and thought that there won’t be much more before it laps over the top. The world’s weather has gone to rack and ruin

    • Thanks Dianne πŸ™‚ I am hoping to go out tomorrow but also a little cautious. Our local river is set to burst its banks – it already has in several places – and flooding is supposed to be very high. There are some places in this country that haven’t seen dry land since before Christmas
