My teaser:Clash

The smells filled his head, alive and intoxicating; the muddy stink of the hot pools, the perfume of rich rotting earth beneath his paws, the squirrels in the oaks. The scent of squirrel made him remember the taste of hot blood and the way the bones would crack between his teeth.

    • It is. It’s a Dire Wolf. It’s a young lad called Bran. He’s a Worg which means that he can control animals my entering their minds. At this time though, he only sees through their eyes and hears their thoughts.

    • Thanks Seyi. It is a good book. Having watched the series, it is also easy to fit everything into place as well. I was hoping to be on the fourth book by the time the fourth series starts, but I am only a little way in to the second (58 of 708) and series four starts April 7th. I can’t read that fast 😆 Hope everything is going good for you

      • You’re right Al but since I’ve been watching the series, I’m kind of lazy to pick up the books. You still have a long way to go! 🙂 Although I’m a fast reader, finding the time to do it is my problem.
The week has been fine except I’ve been bombarded with headaches. I had several deadline in the office that I’ve been putting off but when my editor saw my face, she sent me home. So I took the rest of the week off work to rest.
My warm regards to your children. 🙂
