The Tallest Oak In The Forest Was Once A Nut That Held Its Ground

Life can get pretty hairy sometimes. Whether it is due to time constraints, or a lot of work to do, a lot of children, accidents, problems, weather, anything that can cause an issue can turn your life into a bit of hell. Getting out of that hell can take time, and there is no “quick fix”, but what you have to do is keep going. Don’t stop, don’t look back – you’re not going that way. The only time you should look back is to see how far you have come. The oak had to fight its way through the soil, it had to send its roots downwards, fighting against stones, clay, chalk, anything that could impede it. Then the other side, it has to deal with rains, heat, storms, ravages of all kinds of weather, but it still manages to survive. Against all adversity, it grows, and it looks resplendent when it has reached its full potential. As can you. If you feel you are going through hell, keep going (Winston Churchill). You can do it. Have faith in yourself.

    • When you feel like quitting, that is the time to look back to see how far you have come and think of all that time you would have wasted. Glad you won’t quit 🙂

  1. Thanks for the awesome quotes, like I said once, I take more time to read more of YOUR words, than the ones you quote. You always speak from the heart my friend and I so much appreciate you!!
