One Small Positive Thought In The Morning Can Change Your Whole Day.

It’s amazing what one positive thought can do. Waking up in the morning and thinking “I am alive” can make all the difference. However, waking up and being alive are two different things. We all wake up in the morning, but not all of us are alive. Some of us wake up and just start moving around like an automaton; just breathe and walk, eat and talk, but not feeling alive, just existing. I am not going to say that one small positive thought in the morning will change that, I will say that it helps towards it. When you are walking through darkness, it takes more than that. It is a start though. A small thought like “Today, I can make a start” can help. The darkness requires baby steps, but remember to look around you. Look at your friends, your <REAL friends. The ones who will walk through the darkness with you, holding a torch so you can see. At some point, that torch will ignite more and you will see the way out. It won’t be easy, but you will get there. Have faith.

Today I would like to thank:

Without a doubt that is what has gotten me through a lot of days recently, and today especially. Thank you as always for the reminder.

    • I hate days like today. But never mind. Tomorrow it’s a new day. It’s a new dawn. It’s a new life. And I’m feeling good. Hehe, sorry, couldn’t resist
