For Every One Thing That Brings You Down, There Are A Hundred That Can Lift you Up

We see negativity everywhere in the world. On the news, on the radio, in the papers, amongst our friends, in our lives. But we look so much on the negative that we don’t look at the positive. We have a lot to be thankful for. Some things we just take for granted and don’t realise it is something that helps us to take each day. We breathe, we drink, we eat. We walk, we wave our arms. We have arms and legs. We have life. We have people who like us, we have people who love us. There is something to be thankful for in every single day.

  1. It’s really hard to look on the inside. People don’t do it very often because they are afraid of what they will find. They think there will be a surprise and there rarely is. We already know… we just have to learn to accept it, or change it! And we ALL think everyone else has it figured out. It is a comfort when you learn you are not alone… 🙂

    • Everybody has something inside them that they do not like, or will not like. I would like to think that if I saw who I was on the inside I would smile, but I would probably scream and run in fear
