“Money in the bag! NOW!” the individual in the balaclava waved his gun at the cashier while still glancing around the bank. He muttered numbers to himself, reducing them by one each time, in what appeared to be seconds. He approached double digits when he fired a shot beside the cashier. “Get the money in the bag or the next one goes through your throat.”
The young lad lying on the floor figured he was counting to escape time, and grinned, fiddling with something in his pocket, hearing a nearly inaudible *click*.
“Gimme the bag. Now.” He snatched the bag and ran to the door, heading out to his parked car, smiling to himself for a job well done.
Across the road, a figure looked out the window, saw his target remove his balaclava, and fired. The android, went back to sleep mode after the boy fiddled with his gadget again.
